Transfer Forms:

Attached below are the transfer forms for waivers and return to school of residence. In addition, I have included the Transfer Appeal guidelines. Schools should note the change in the language guiding appeals for educational reasons. The NYSPHSAA has approved a delay in the implementation of the following language: “ academic advantage is limited to courses that can be taught in public schools beginning in the 2011-2012 school year” Therefore this language will not be used next year when evaluating a request for a waiver from the Transfer Rule.
